Arica® Skin Rolling Cellulite Treatment

Combine the revolutionary method of Arica® Skin rolling, herbal cellulite lotions and heat penetration to help break down and eliminate waste called cellulite from the body. The treatment enhances the lymphatic system, gives you a greater awareness of your nervous system, and is a great beginning towards less cellulite. Treatment begins with a gentle light brusing, followed by a light application of herbal ointment and Arica® Skin Rolling.

Rolfing

Developed over 50 years ago by Dr. Ida Rolf, Ph.D., Rolfing structural integration works on the web-like complex of connective tissue (fascia) to release, realign, and balance the whole body. Rolfing is also an excellent foundation for and complement to yoga, Pilates, and other personal wellness practices.
